Returns & Exchanges

Within the EU — simply send your item(s) to the warehouse address below. There’s no need to register your return or notify us before sending it.

Please include the packing slip from your order in the parcel so we can identify your return.

Outside the EU — please contact us at info@lebonnet.com before sending your parcel so we can arrange a commercial invoice for your return. Please also include your packing slip.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

If your order was shipped to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

All refunds are subject to our discretion. All items for exchange are subject to availability.
