Registered customers — go to your account, find your order under “Orders,” and submit a return request.

Guest customers — please contact us at info@lebonnet.com and we will assist you directly.

Once the return is approved, ship the item(s) to the following address, including your full name and order number:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

If your order was shipped to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

All refunds are subject to our discretion. All items for exchange are subject to availability.
